I'm getting a new phone. Will my authenticator app keep working?
If the authenticator app didn't transfer to your new phone and you still have your old phone, you can set up the authenticator on your new phone by following these steps:
Log into your account and select Profile Settings.
Select "Update" from the "Secure and manage your account" section.
Select the link for two-step authentication and follow the instructions.
If you don’t have access to the old phone, you can reset two-step authentication by following the self-service reset process. You'll need to log in with your password, verify your email account, and may be prompted to confirm some additional information.
